When you call EASE OF LIVING SERVICES an intake Coordinator will assist you through our four-step process designed to get you just the care you need and the right person to help you with your care.
1. Developed Client Care Profile:
We will have a short 5–10-minute call to gather information about your needs, after which we will set-up a free in-home assessment to further discuss and answer any pressing concerns.
2. Free In-home Assessment:
Here we will answer all your questions and ask some of our own to create a Customized Homemaker and Companion Plan tailored to your needs, then review plan in detail and modify accordingly as you see fit.
3. Identify Homemaker/Companion Care worker for Client:
Our Care coordinator and Homemaker will arrive on the first day and go through the Care Plan together and also help with introductions. The caregiver is screened including background and reference check, also bonded, and insured for your peace of mind. Your comfort matters!
4. Provide Ongoing Support for Client:
Our care coordinator will also make periodic visits, calls to check on your loved ones to ensure things are going well.
