OUR INTAKE PROCESS
4 - STEP PROCESS
When you call EASE OF LIVING SERVICES an intake Coordinator will assist you through our four-step process designed to get you just the help you need and the right Companion/Homemaker.
1. Developed Client Care Profile:
We will have a short 5–10-minute call to gather information about your needs, after which we will set-up a free in-home assessment to further discuss and answer any pressing concerns.
2. Free In-home Assessment:
Here we will answer all your questions and ask some of our own to create a Customized Homemaker and Companion Plan tailored to your needs, then review plan in detail and modify accordingly as you see fit.
3. Identify Homemaker/Companion worker for Client:
Our Client coordinator and Companion/Homemaker will arrive on the first day and go through the Client duties together and also help with introductions. The Companion/Homemaker is screened including background and reference check, also bonded, and insured for your peace of mind. Your comfort matters!
4. Provide Ongoing Support for Client:
Our Client Coordinator will also make periodic visits, calls to check on your loved ones to ensure things are going well.
